I found this unique list builder.

I joined at the end of November. It is now Dec. 8th  and not kidding here — I have 500 people in my list. My email list. I can email these people once a day. It’s like a solo ad which goes right to their in boxes. I love it and have had more response to my emails from this list than any where else.
